Details GraceNet's Backup Email Service will store any email that cannot reach your email server and deliver it when the mail server becomes reachable.

In order to protect you against loss of valuable email communication, The GraceNet is offering a new Backup Email Service which will store your incoming email should your mail server not be available for any reason. The mail servers may need to be rebooted now and then or the could be the object of a denial of service attack. These situations are typical of things which could cause email to not reach you.

Our Backup Email servers are on a completely separate network and will receive any email during these times and forward them for delivery as soon as the mail server is available. Contact our billing department for information on adding thhis valuable service to your account.
